With Orderly, it only costs when you receive an order. The 2% transaction fee is a flat rate for both credit & debit payments – so on smaller orders, Orderly is often cheaper than traditional Chip & PIN machines.

We deposit your funds into your account every 24 hours, 48 hours after you receive them. It’s that simple. See the example below:
For example: You get a £10 order on Monday. You receive £9.80 into your account on Friday (after the 2.0% fee). Then receive Tuesday’s takings on Saturday on so on!

In the event of an Orderly customer refund. you can simply navigate to the setting area of the bar app, select refunds, choose the order, enter the amount you wish to refund and we’ll take care of the rest.
We work closely with Braintree and our acquiring bank to ensure chargebacks don’t happen but on the rare occasion that they do, there is a£15 charge for the venue. Please rest assured that as long as appropriate advertising and business practices are met, chargebacks shouldn’t occur. We just have to write this stuff.
