1. We give venues demographic reports of who has used Orderly with them but nothing unique to individuals (so don’t worry your email address stays with us unless you opt in for marketing with that venue at the time of ordering).
2. Payment information is not stored by us (thats completely Braintree’s bag).
3. We remember your order history to give venues the power to make relevant suggestions to you based on what you’ve ordered before.
4. We can’t see your password. No one can see your password.
5. Obviously, we need to use your location to show you the closest venues and to give you a push when you might be near an Orderly venue. Thats all we use it for. No weird stuff.
This is the privacy and cookies policy for orderly.org (Site) and each of our mobile applications that we make available from time to time (Applications). The Site is operated and the Applications are provided by Super Mega Fresh Ltd (company number 08656564) with its registered office at Top Floor, 32 Queens Terrace, Southampton, SO14 3BQ, UK (Orderly, we, us and our). For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, we are the data controller.
We are committed to protecting your privacy on-line. We appreciate that you do not want the personal information you provide to us distributed indiscriminately and here we explain how we collect information, what we do with it and what controls you have.
We may collect and process the following personal information about you:
information (such as your name, email and postal address, telephone number, date of birth, gender that you provide by completing forms on the Site or Application, including if you register as a user of the Site or Application, upload or submit any material via the Site or Application, or request any information;

You are under no obligation to provide any such information. However, if you should choose to withhold requested information, we may not be able to provide you with certain services.
We may, from time to time, run referral programmes or similar initiatives, such as a “Refer a Friend” programme, that invite you to provide us with the contact details of someone who is known to you who may find our products or services to be of interest. We will only use those contact details for the purpose of the relevant initiative (and not for general marketing purposes). By providing us with their details, you confirm that you have their permission to do so and you must not provide us with the details of anyone from whom you do not have such permission. We reserve the right to identify you as the person who made the referral in the message that is sent to them.
We will use the personal information you provide to:
identify you when you sign-in to your account;
enable us to send your Order and other information to a Vendor and provide you with the services and information offered through the Site and which you request;
administer your account with us;
verify and carry out financial transactions in relation to payments you make online;
analyse the use of the Site and the people visiting in order to improve our content and services including research into our users’ demographics and tracking of sales data;
We collect your real time location to provide location services requested by you in order to allow tagging, to confirm to you when there is a Vendor in your location who uses our services and with whom you can place an Order. If you do not allow us to collect your real time location data to provide location service requests, the Application will not work properly and you should uninstall the Application.You can stop all information collection by uninstalling Applications. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of you mobile device or via the Application market place network.
We send you information we think you may find useful or which you have requested from us, including receipt of marketing communications such as our periodic newsletter provided you have indicated that you are happy to be contacted for these purposes;
>allow, with your consent, carefully selected third parties including Vendors to send you information directly which you may find useful regarding their products and services.
When you visit the Site or access or use any Application, we may automatically collect additional information about you, such as the type of internet browser or mobile device you use, any website from which you have come to the Site or Application and your IP address (the unique address which identifies your device on the internet) and your operating system, which are automatically recognised by our web server. Push notification token – On installation of the app a unique token is generated to allow the sending of push notifications to a specific device for the purposes of the app. If you do not confirm the use of push notifications, then no such token is sent.
